NeXtriage was built at the intersection of clinical expertise and technology. Our team brings decades of combined experience in healthcare delivery, financial strategy, relationship building, and nursing — all focused on solving one of the most persistent challenges in emergency medicine.
Bill leads the vision and strategy at NeXtriage. With a background in organizational leadership and a deep commitment to improving healthcare delivery, he drives the company's mission to modernize emergency department triage from first call to discharge. Based in Nashville, Bill is focused on building partnerships that bring NeXtriage decision support to hospitals and health plans nationwide.
Kendra leads partnership development and stakeholder relationships at NeXtriage. With over a decade of experience in wellness advocacy, public relations, and business networking, she builds the connections that bring NeXtriage's solutions to healthcare organizations. Her background in client engagement makes her a natural bridge between the company and the communities it serves.
Lindsey is a healthcare entrepreneur and operator with experience building and scaling health tech companies. A Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN) and Vanderbilt University graduate, she brings frontline clinical insight to NeXtriage as Clinical Co-Founder, ensuring the platform is grounded in real-world care delivery across the U.S. and Canada. She is also a founding member of the Smart Health Benefits Association and a vocal advocate for redesigning healthcare systems to prioritize early intervention and value-based care.
Miriam is a CPA and MBA with Big 4 experience and over 20 years of financial and analytical expertise. As founder of MMR CFO Services, she has guided businesses from startups to mid-sized companies through strategic financial planning, forecasting, and growth. Her sharp financial insight ensures NeXtriage operates with fiscal discipline while scaling its impact across the healthcare industry.
